Processing Time For Customs

Please note the following processing times for all made-to-order digital items:

 

Custom Mockups & Edits

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  This includes any edits to existing mockups, color changes, or customizations you’ve requested.

 

AI Model Packs / Baddie Creations

• Processing Time: 3–7 business days
  Depending on the complexity and number of models ordered, processing time may vary slightly. You will receive an update once your order is in progress and again when it’s complete.

Important Notes:

• You will receive your digital files via email or direct link once complete.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — contact us before purchasing.
• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
